Pitchprint is a user-friendly print on-demand system that had exactly what we needed to offer customers. It is reasonably easy to set up and get started. We first tried a system for 30k, but it did not work optimally and was full of errors.

How has your business been impacted since starting to use our plugin?

We were finally able to start running the online store without problems and with minimal questions from our customers. 95% of customers understand exactly what to do when ordering from us with Pitchprint.

What have you been able to achieve since using our plugin?

Self-operated online store with a turnover of approx. 1 million a year without any form of advertising.

What problem(s) were you trying to solve with our plugin?

As a printing company, I was looking for a way for customers to design on their own. I wanted a company that was easy for me to navigate as well as a simple solution for my customers. After searching and experimenting with different companies, I found PitchPrint.

How has your business been impacted since starting to use our plugin?

My business has been able to provide a new service to my customers. With this new vision of doing it yourself, we finally are able to offer that concept to our customers when it comes to prints. They are able to design here and also able to print. They have creative templates to choose from and a system that is very easy to use.

What have you been able to achieve since using our plugin?

I am able to achieve so much more with PitchPrint. As a small business, I have this mindset of being able to offer what some of the bigger companies do. I know people like to design, they like to have access to their designs and they like to be able to print those designs if needed. PitchPrint gives my company the upper hand because we are able to offer all three and do so in house.

What problem(s) were you trying to solve with our plugin?

We needed a way for our customers to create custom designs online. We wanted to find something that

We feel like we found the best solution with PitchPrint.

Not only have we seen our sales grow, but we have decreased our time helping our customers create the designs they want because they can now design them themselves right on the tool.

What have you been able to achieve since using our plugin?

Increased sales, increased efficiency, increased profitability. It has been a fantastic help to us thus far and we hope to continue to reap it's benefits as we further integrate it into our site and products.

What problem(s) were you trying to solve with our plugin?

We were looking for a web to print which enabled our users to move and add text and images. Also that they could change fonts and colours of text. We also wanted a system which used modern web standards and integrated with mainstream cart systems - in our case Woo Commerce.

How has your business been impacted since starting to use our plugin?

Pitchprint support have been so great at helping us setup the system. We’re still working through creating more content. Ranking and converting users to sales is still a challenge for us. We’ve learned the barrier to success with any Web to Print system is having enough templates to satisfy a broad range of users. However, the system is so flexible and we can create templates so fast. It really is a joy to design in Pitchprint. You can do so much more than you think possible. We are starting to use the system for specific clients jobs. Like a flyer for a real estate agent with their branding already in place. This has been very successful. The client absolutely loves the ease of how they can customise quickly. The PDF’s print beautifully. The subtle option of ‘bleed without marks’ helps these jobs fly through our imposition workflow without intervention. WE LOVE the output from Pitchprint. Creating higher quality templates which we thought was not possible with any Web to print system. There are so many. However a convenience that is easy to overlook, is the ability to group and scale objects together. This makes the experience so much closer to a desktop application. ‘Ungrouping’ uploaded vector elements such as EPS files is jaw dropping. To re-colour a logo or vector element online is pretty ground breaking. In fact it’s easier to re-colour logo’s in Pitchprint than Illustrator, as illustrator often nest elements in layers and often you are double clicking to find the actual layer to modify the colour.

What have you been able to achieve since using our plugin?

Image masks are a great way to auto-crop images into interesting shapes. That makes customising a brochure pretty easy.

If you had to choose one, what would be your favorite feature of our plugin? How has it made your life easier?

The Auto-background remover is an exciting development.

What problem(s) were you trying to solve with our plugin?

PitchPrint has helped us solve the challenge of providing a simple, yet powerful web to print interface for our customers. While many web to print plugins are available on the market, we found PitchPrint to bring the most features to the table while still maintaining a simple interface. And, PitchPrint does so at a very competitive price point.

How has your business been impacted since starting to use our plugin?

PitchPrint is the core engine of our online business. It helps to set us apart from our competition and provide a unique offering that delights our clients and keeps them coming back over and over.

What have you been able to achieve since using our plugin?

Since starting with PitchPrint in 2019, we have been able to achieve steady sales growth year over year, despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Largely because of the efficiency and power of the PitchPrint software, we have been able to serve more customers while keeping our team lean and light.

What problem(s) were you trying to solve with our plugin?

I had been wanting a plugin software like PitchPrint for over 10 years. Unfortunately, my eCommerce provider had restrictions and it wasn't possible. When I was made aware EKM were now working with a company that offered what I had dreamed of for so many years, I got in touch with them immediately.

The installation of the plugin was very quick and easy. I dealt with Jenna-Lee and Rukaya, both were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to customise the software for my customer's needs. Nothing has been too much trouble for them.

Over the years, I have tested other company's plugins and I personally believe PitchPrint is one of the best on the market. It is very straightforward to use and is customisable for the product you are showcasing. We were trying to make it easier for the customers to customize their own flags, which also saves us precious time.

We have richer user-generated content in our social media platforms, which also gives us better understanding of our customers and what they look for.

What problem(s) were you trying to solve with our plugin?

Well where do I begin? Well at the beginning of course. As a small to medium sized print company I was looking for a way to offer more to my clients and make ordering custom items easier for them. With the rise of other "online design tools" such as canva. Great design is something that can often be devalued. I set about researching what options were available in the market place. So many meetings with some other tools offering solutions similar to PitchPrint. All in my opinion although offering a similar product - did not fit with me and my budget. That doesnt mean we cut corners - oh no not by a long shot. Most of them in my opinion were overly priced - very rigid in their setup and there was always that excessive setup cost - and then high monthly too.

How has your business been impacted since starting to use our plugin?

I dropped on a chat with PitchPrint and had a trial and immeadiately knew this was the one for me! I now am able to offer my designs with customisations for my clients that they can edit themselves. Not only is the plugin and knowledgebase full of so many useful guides but the user interface is way more user friendlyier than many of the other clunky platforms. The support you get from the team is truly out of this world. Trust me i am the type to ask a million questions before leaping and when i say i asked a lot i did. When i have had additional questions the team Rukaya and Alcino are always super responsive and help me achieve what i want to achieve. There are other team members too i just not had the pleasure of dealing with them much but when i have they too are awesome. We sell customized signs to end-users. With the plugin the customer can easily design their own sign from our templates

Our product is a seasonal product selling for three month a year. We are doubling our sales each year since we started using the plugin.

From scratch we have become one of the 5-6 biggest suppliers of signs in our market since the start 4 years ago.
