After installing PitchPrint on your EKM store, your login credentials are automatically sent to the email address you used to register for EKM. Check your inbox and spam folder for the PitchPrint Admin access details.
You'll need to add the PitchPrint EKM script: <script type='text/javascript' src='https://pitchprint.io/rsc/js/ekm.js'></script>. This must be placed in the 'Before </body> Code' section of your EKM custom code injection area.
Absolutely! You have full control over which products include the customization option. Simply assign PitchPrint designs to specific products through the PitchPrint Admin Portal—only those products will display the 'Customize' button.
Once you assign a design to a product, a 'Customize this Design' button automatically appears on the product page. Customers click this button to launch the editor, personalize the product, and then add it to their cart.
When a customer completes an order, PitchPrint automatically generates print-ready PDF files with professional specifications (bleed, crop marks, CMYK). You can download these files from the Orders section in your PitchPrint Admin.
