Welcome to PitchPrint! This guide takes you step-by-step from creating your account to downloading the print-ready PDF from your first customized order. You do not need any design or programming skills.

Step 1: Create your account and keys

Set up the account and domain that will hold your designs and issue the keys your store uses.
1

Register or log in

Go to admin.pitchprint.io/register and create your free account, or log in if you already have one.
2

Add a domain

Open the Domains page and click Add Domain in the top-right corner.
3

Name the domain

Type any name for the domain (it’s just a label, and you can rename it later) and click Submit.
4

Collect your keys

PitchPrint provisions the domain with a sample design and generates your API Key and Secret Key.
The API Key identifies your store on the public-facing side. The Secret Key signs back-end requests and must be kept private. Never expose it in the browser.

Step 2: Install PitchPrint on your store

Add the plugin for your platform so the editor appears on your product pages.

Shopify

WordPress

OpenCart

PitchPrint is also available for PrestaShop, Ecwid, BigCommerce and 3DCart. See the installation guides. For a custom-coded site, follow the API integration instead.

Step 3: Create or import a design

A design is the template your customers personalize. Create one for each product you want customized.
1

Open the Designs page

Open the Designs page in your PitchPrint admin.
2

Import or create a design

To test quickly, import a ready-made design from our store straight into your domain. You can also click Create to build one from scratch.
3

Name and save

Give the design a name and save it.
Importing a sample design is the fastest way to see the full flow end-to-end before building your own.

Step 4: Assign a design and place a test order

Link the design to a product, then try it as a customer would.
1

Assign the design to a product

In your store admin, open (or create) a product and assign your PitchPrint design to it.
2

Open the product on your storefront

Visit that product on your storefront. You’ll see a Customize button.
3

Customize and submit

Click it to open the editor with your template loaded, personalize the design, and submit it.

Step 5: Download your print-ready files

When a customer submits, PitchPrint generates a project with a print-ready PDF and a proof screenshot.
  • On most platforms, download the PDF from the order in your store admin’s order page.
  • You can also grab a high-resolution raster (PNG) version of the design.
On Shopify and 3DCart, apps are not allowed on the order page. Download your files from the Projects page in the PitchPrint admin instead.
